Naimah is a pure energy! Can't imagine how we would be able to go through the house buying process without her! My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we didn't know anything. We met Naimah on our 2nd day of house viewings, she told us, "If you are gonna work with me, I'll help you, I'll be with you everywhere, I'll be your shoulder to cry on at a hard times" - and she did! I think that was the most important decision that we made early on in our search that led us to a great deal with our new sweet home! Some highlights: - She knows the Bay Area very well. She suggested us some locations in East Bay that we hadn't considered (El Cerrito) and we ended up loving it! It met all our expectations, and as result we bought a house there. - Even if you do your homework and track Zillow - she still finds the precious candidates that you missed but they fit your needs. Naimah found our future house and pushed us to go and check it out (I was not impressed with photos, but turns out they were just bad photos. House is great!) - Even when she is on vacation, she still works hard to help you find your dream home. We got our offer accepted when Naimah was in Mexico. It didn't stop her from setting up all the process smoothly. - Her mortgage partner also rocks! We wrote a bunch of banks and mortgage brokers, but ended up going with Naimah's recommendation - they got us better interest rates, and they were very fast and responsive. They and Naimah worked together like an orchestra. Through the whole process I felt very comfortable and taken care of by Naimah. I called her anytime with any questions/concerns and she was always on top of it no matter what. She is an expert at what she does, and is also an amazing human being. Would be happy to recommend her to friends and work with her again in the future.
